Child Safety & Protection Policy

This Child Safety & Protection Policy applies to the Tzing mobile application and related services operated by Tzing Inc.

Tzing is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and strictly prohibit any content, behavior, or interaction that involves or endangers minors.

Prohibited Content and Behavior

Tzing strictly prohibits:

• Any sexual content involving minors
• Grooming, solicitation, or attempts to establish inappropriate relationships with minors
• Sharing, promoting, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Any content or activity that exploits, harms, or endangers children

Prevention and Enforcement

Tzing uses human moderation to identify and prevent violations of this policy.
Violations may result in:

• Immediate removal of offending content
• Account restriction, suspension, or permanent banning
• Reporting to appropriate authorities where required

Reporting and User Safety Tools

Tzing provides clearly accessible in-app reporting and blocking tools that allow users to report inappropriate content or behavior at any time.

All reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team, and appropriate action is taken in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

Reporting to Authorities

Tzing reports confirmed child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and related activity to appropriate authorities where required, including:

• Canadian authorities such as the Canadian Centre for Child Protection through Cybertip.ca, the RCMP National Child Exploitation Crime Centre, and other relevant law enforcement agencies in Canada
• The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), where applicable
• Other relevant international law enforcement agencies as required

Compliance with Canadian Law

Tzing complies with applicable laws in Canada, including provisions under the Criminal Code of Canada related to child sexual exploitation and child sexual abuse material.

Age Restrictions

Tzing is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We take reasonable steps to prevent underage access and will remove accounts found to violate this requirement.
